If you want, we can switch to personal messages so that we can exchange all the necessary data there.
We can send you a new SIM card afterwards.
Or you can go directly to a local shop. Another option would be to contact our English-speaking hotline:
Kind regards

Moin Steffen,
Thank you for taking time to deal with this issue of mine!
I bought my pre-paid card here in Bremerhaven and it stopped working after 3 days of use after activation. The friendly guys at the O2 shop here tried to help me as much as the could but since it’s a pre-paid card they could only establish that the card is faulty and that I should call O2 Service in English and state PKK **** as my errand. O2 Service in English did not want to deal with pre-paid and told me to call the “Hotline” were I fail to understand the spoken language.
I am stationed on a ship in Bremerhaven. Address is to our agent here.

Please don't be surprised, I have removed all your personal data here, as the community can be viewed worldwide, so no one will do anything wrong with your personal data!😮
You will immediately receive a PM from our o2Support account, where we can exchange all the necessary data.

Thanks Steffen!
Being exited over your response and as always slightly retarded made me forget that this is an open community. :-)
Kind regards

Hi Steffen,
If a card has arrived, I will find out maybe on Monday.
This afternoon or tomorrow, I will visit the local O2 shop in Bremerhaven.
I will let you know the outcome.

Hello
I wanted to ask if you had any success with the SIM card in Bremerhaven?
Kind regards
Steffen
Hi Steffen,
I have not managed to get ashore to visit the local O2 shop and nothing has arrived from post office yet.
Hopefully the card will show up this week and/or I visit the O2 shop.
Best regards // Robin
Hi Steffen,
I have now visited both O2 shops in Bremerhaven and they are not able to help me.
I suggest that that a replacement sim card is sent to my address!
Finest regards,
Robin
Hello
Kind regards

Hi Steffen,
No SIM card has been delivered to me.
We get physical mail only once or twice a week.
Did you send it to our agent PWL Port Service?
Thanks,
