Hallo, ich habe am 24. September 2025 eine Rückerstattung meines bestehenden Prepaid-Guthabens beantragt.

Ich habe das Geld jedoch noch nicht auf meinem Bankkonto erhalten und auch keine Rückmeldung zu meinem Antrag bekommen.

Könnten Sie mir bitte weiterhelfen?

Hello, I had applied for a refund of my existing prepaid credit on 24 September 2025.

However I have not yet received the money in my bank account, not have I received any updates regarding my request.

Please help me with this!

thank you for posting your query here in the community. Welcome. You posted your message in the prepaid section. Is this about a prepaid credit refund? Did you receive any further information after submitting your request?
