Unblock sim card

I have paid September months sim bill and also Phone bill for august and September, and yet my sim hasnt been reactivated or blocked, i want to choose the one month unlimited plan which I couldn’t, please do unblock my number so i can choose further recharge option, i dont have internet or I couldn’t call anyone
