Hello,

How can I get a refund from my prepaid card which still have many cradits? I cannot find a link or email address about getting refund. Can anybody give me some guilde? thanks

You can use our PDF form for “Prepaid Guthabenauszhalung”.

It is important that the credit can only be paid out to the cardholder's bank account.
