I also write the email to widerruf@cc.o2online.de. but no one answer me. It‘s really hard to get information because now I‘m already back to Thailand and I can‘t even call hotline service. Can you give me the contact that I can talk directly?

And about deregistration from the Residents' Registration Office you mean the paper from Rathaus right?

@Meranya The deregistration from the Citizen's Office, it is usually in the City Hall (Rathaus), but can also be a separate block/house.

You will not reach anyone again until Monday, as they have already closed for the day at 6 pm.

you can call on Monday the English customer service under: 089 66 66 30 08 1 / Mon. - Fri. 8 am - 8 pm, Sat. 10 am - 6 pm, on workdays GMT+2

alternatively, starting Monday you can also write to a moderator via live chat.

Your direct debit seems to be already deactivated in the meantime. Have you been able to clarify your issue so far?

Written cancellation is not mandatory for prepaid, the card deactivates itself after a certain period of non-use. Alternatively, you can also use our online termination form.
