O2 Prepaid Internet Sim (Allnet Flat) feedback

Hi,
The card I bought for 15€ with 3GB internet actually worked for maybe an hour since the purchase, some 4 or 5 days ago. I thought I would enjoy immediate internet which is not the case even after verification process was done. I have calls available which show that the Sim is connected to the network and tried very possible setting. Went to a O2 shop who said they couldn't help me cause I didn't buy the card from them but from a supermarket. Impossible to get any info in English even tough O2 is a global brand. It is the first time such a problem arise with a prepaid, in every country I have been I was actually able to use my tariff immediately!
