Money taken from the card 20.49 euros but no credit(failed transaction)

Where exactly did you try to top up this amount? There are actually only fixed amounts for top-up. Or did you transfer money?

With my card in the app after Guthaben aufladen there is an option for Weitere Auflademöglichkeiten (Paypal oder Kreditkarte). It takes it to prepaid-aufladung.o2online.de/ There 20 euros is the recharge amount and 0.49 cents is the fees(Servicegebühr). 

Did this happen via Alphacomm?
