help me to activate prepaid details error

Hello, I need help to activate my prepaid account 
it says i have to change my details which i can’t do it due to no access until i activate my sim, 
i tried to call hotlines, both English and German, 
the English guys told me for prepaid sim they don’t have English support, and i don’t understand German language.
Can you please help me to delete MyO2 account so i can recreate it with correct name and data.
