I have lived in Germany for an year and left some weeks ago and have tried multiple times to cancel my phone plan, which is a prepaid one. How do I do it? It keeps getting more and more money from my bank account and it doesn't let me cancel. How do I fix this? My number is +49176xxxxx433

Hi!
To deactivate your plan
a) Enter "my o2" https://www.o2online.de/ecare-prepaid/tarifdetails
You will see a lot of available packs.
Your booked pack is lighted green and marked as "aktiv"
b) Press "Abbestellen" and you will redirected to another page
c) You will be asked if you want to cancel the package immediately (Sofort abbestellen) or cancel at the end of the term (Abbestellen zum Laufzeitende), i.e. select immediately
To prevent you from recharging your balance from your bank account
d) Now enter the following page: https://www.o2online.de/ecare-prepaid/automatische-aufladung
e)There are three ways to charge your balance from your bank account. Deselect all selections and press "Speichern"
edit: If you do not recharge your credit, your prepaid card will automatically be deactivated. A termination is therefore not necessary.
