Tried to make online contract

Hello all, i have tried to make an online contract for a iphone 11 pro max and the unlimited internet option, for 85euros montlhy for 2 years but i’ve got automatic mail response saying that its not possible and it was canceled.I have been to the shop today and the girl working there said that she doesn’t know why they didn’t accept the contract.Has someone else encountered this problem?

welcome to the o2 community!

Whenever someone orders a contract online, an automated credit screening is initiated.
Unfortunately, this sometimes results in a contract/hardware order being rejected.
This is something that is determined by internal parameters beyond the control of us at the customer service, so I’m afraid I cannot offer you a timeframe in which you can reapply for a new contract.

Nevertheless, hope you’ll be able to join us some time soon!
