Question about cancel my contract


Hey!

Im leaving Germany next week and going back to my country.

 

I did the FLEX contract with iption to cancel the contract anytime I want.

 

I have to close my bank account next week, and when I called to one of the stores of o2, the seller told me that I should send a letter about the cancelation and wait 30 days for an answer.

 

The problem is that I will not be in Germany at this time, and my bank account will already be close.

 

What should I do at this situation?

Can I cancel the contract by walking to one of the o2 stores and paying cash?
