Prepaid Top-up through Bank transfer not updated

Hallo,

I had bought a O2 prepaid sim of 10euro with plan of 9.99 for 4weeks which got expired. So looking at plans information which I got with the card I choose to top-up with the Prepaid Basic 150MB plan of 1.99 euros, which I did by sending the money to the bank details which was provided(56656).

I sent 1.99 euros to that bank details but did not receive any update nor my O2 shows any details about top-up. Do let me know.

Also Please provide Mail ID if possible.

Hi!

 

When did you transfer the money? It can take 2-3 weekdays for the transfer to be credited to your prepaid card.

Did you check your bank account if the amount got returned? As soon as we can’t assign the payment to your mobile phone number the money is trasfered back. 

Did you use the  mobile phone number and the four digit code as a reference?
