postpaid plan change

Hi i applied to change my postpaid plan to more higher data and with handy. 
 

i havent received any feedback yet. Can someone check? Or where can I check the if its denied or approved?

Did you extend your contract online? if so, should you already have received emails?

Not exactly extend. I changed it to more higher data plan. As advised by the people in o2 shop near me I can apply change of plan when Im alreay at mg 5th month. I havent received an email yet for the update. Just a notice that they received my application.
