Ordered a SIM card, have not received it yet

I ordered a SIM card with a mobile contract and a phone back on the 13th of October , and I have not received it yet. It 's been 2 weeks and I really need this asap !!  What can I do?

you can order a new sim card either via our prepaid-hotline, which you’ll find HERE, or we send you a private message where you can leave your phone number and personal identification number.
