Online Tariff Change

Hello,

I bought an iPhone 2 years ago from Saturn with a Tariff and I paid 34.99 euros for the last 24 months. Now it is over and I don’t want to keep paying 34.99 euros, I want to change it to O2 Mobile M 25GB+ for 14.99 euros (%50 off at the moment) with 2 years contract again. How can I do it online?

thanks for your continued interest in our o2 tariffs! You can check the available offers in your Mein o2 App or right here in the Mein o2 Portal:
Mein o2 Vertragserlängerung

While in the app, click “Vertrag”, choose your tariff, scroll a bit down and click on “Vertrag optimieren”. From there, you can check the available offers for your contract extension. 

The available offers there may differ from those shown on the front page of our website, due to the difference between offers for new customers and existing customers.

 you can wait for a moderator but it can take some days. If you want to do it earlier you can try to get a better one via o2 App or live chat
