Hi O2 team hope you’re well.
so the thing is to check what i had to pay for ipad pro 11 i kept on going to o2 & make a contract but never sign it. But now when i want it they reject it again & again. So can you please look into this? I want an ipad.

We don’t have any influence or insight into the actual process for the credit rating that happens as part of an order. If you want to know more about this you should have gotten the address for the Auskunftsstelle along with the order rejection, please contact them in this case.
