I have a postpaid O2 connection which is of no good for me, I raised a complaint several times saying the internet just wont work in this area. I want to cancel this. I just cannot get in touch with anyone or get a closure on this. How do I cancel?

It's a pity that your network is not as good as desired. Since when do you have the contract?
