Hello everyone

I took a mobile iPhone 15 Pro Max on contract three months ago with 25GP data. After a month of monthly installments of 57 euros, I received a bill of 16 euros. Then now 20 euros have been deducted from my account, I have to ask why money is being deducted from my account? And why are they charging me extra money because I'm already paying 57 euros per month.

What  is the invoice telling you?

Is it a additional mobile contract?

Have you also taken out a mobile phone contract with o2 in addition to your iPhone?

You need to know whether you have just ordered an iPhone or a SIM card as well.

I order Iphone with sim card 25gb data so total amount is 1549€ then I pay 180 in advance then monthly installments show 57 every month.

The you should get a „Auftragsbestätigung“ via email.

There you could see if you ordered only the phone or a phone with a contract.

You have different debits. Once for the iPhone and once for the SIM card.

Than we have a possibility of 99% that you have ordert a phone with mobile contract.

What does it mean?

You have to pay for a mobile contract 20€/month for 2 years.

But I already paying 57€ per month.

You can cancel the mobile contract to the end of 24 month period.

I don't know the details of your mobile contract. 

Register your o2 mobile number for 'meino2" and take a look at your invoice.
