I cannot cancel my Speed Option +15 GB activation,

I subscribed once Speed Option +15 GB and the last 2 months it is renewing again again although I already talk with customer service which is located MediaMarkt Neuss. When I aske to client advisor he said that it was active and it has been cancelled at that time by him, however still it seems active and I am payin 16.99 more for the last two invoice. could you please let me know, how can I cancel this option?

    Hello @GokhanGokhan,

    You can order the speed option yourself in the online portal under Tariff & SIM card under Internet and 5G options.

    You cannot understand what I am saying, I ordered already and I dont want to use anymore, however I cannot cancel my option and I am still paying. My question is : How can I CANCEL Speed Option +15 GB ?

     

    To do this I have already checked the web site and mobile app, however there is no cancell or modify button for doing this…
