I want to migrate to O2 Free M from O2 Loop prepaid.
How to do that. I am not able to see upgrade options or change tarrif or anything. I need the same number. But a different contract

If I remember correctly, you first have to sign a new contract and then port your prepaid card to the new contract free of charge.

You can easily sign a new postpaid contract, for example the Free M, via our website and request porting in Mein o2 after activating the contract.
There you enter your current prepaid number and the temporary number that will be assigned to you with the new contract.
Your prepaid number will then be ported to the new contract and the remaining credit will be transferred. Your prepaid SIM is then automatically deactivated.
