I have been a customer of O2 since 2016, my current contract ends in March 2020, and I chose to cancel the automatic contract extension and got the confirmation from O2.
Then I changed my mind and I want to keep my current mobile number beyond 2020. I know there is the option for Rufnummermitnahme to another company, but I want to stay with O2.
My question is about the Samsung Note 10+, I want one for my next extension. Should I order it through Vertragsverlängerung in my O2 only (where it doesn’t exist By the way)? or it will be the same if I order it from main O2 website and choose (für O2 Kunden)? I worry I may order another O2 SIM with a new number and pay for 2 contracts!
my priority is to keep my current Rufnummer, and get the Note 10+
