Hallo, i always make my payments by Transfers before the booking Date, Last month booking Date was 15.06. 2024 but i made the Transfer on 10.06. 2024, the new bill for this month came with an additional Service of 4 Euros, I need Return for such bill because it was not well calculated.

the 4 EUR is a return debit fee. It's best to revoke your direct debit authorization, then o2 can no longer collect.
