So I have a second chip as Partner contract and want to cancel/ turn off the second chip..will I have to make a new contract or can I just turn off the service for the second chip..?

Then you have two contracts under one customer number. As the 24 months minimum term has already come to an end, you can terminate one of the contracts, but be aware that you will lose the discount for having two contracts.

Hi @desB,

Do you have two different mobile phone contracts with two different phone numbers or do you have a so-called multicard where both SIM cards have the same phone number?

Hello Alex , thx for responding to my question..I have one contract with 2 different numbers..its called a partner sim..it was a offer from O2 about three years ago..I pay the bill for both numbers..but I want to cancel one number or sim card..
