Cancel my contract please

Hello O2 Team, 

Good day! I hope you can help me with this matter I ordered a Samsung Ultra phone and Apple watch series 9. It was delivered November 2,2023 to a different person. That day I was just in my room when I received the email that the package was delivered I check it but I did not see any package. And why DHL did not ring the bell or call me either. I don’t know who they deliver the package. Now, I really want to cancel my contract regarding this order because I really don’t have the item and I have proof that the person the DHL pertaining to who received the item is unknown. There is no such person live here with that name. Please help me with this matter. Just tell me whom I will send an email or what step do I need to do. By the way I already called DHL also.

Hello! I just want to complaint regarding my bundle order to O2 it’s a Samsung Ultra and Iwatch series 9. The problem is DHL delivered to different person that I don’t know who she/he is. It was stated delivered but I did not receive the item. I want to cancel the contract with that order and I want O2 to investigate this matter because it is really alarming to us customers. Imagine tou will pay for the item that you did not receive.

The problem is DHL delivered to different person that I don’t know who she/he is.

What does DHL say to whom it was delivered? You can find it under DHL shipment tracking.

Delivered to different person name:Kai There is no Kai live here. I have proof. I have proof that there is no such name live here. I also ask the owner of this building.

Hello @iamkath ,

welcome to the o2 Community 💙.

Please refrain from opening multiple topics for the same issue. This does not help anyone in helping you and just makes it harder to do so.
Have you had any success with checking DHL as suggested by Vilureef? We only have one delivery address here, so maybe also just talk to your neighbors if one of them received the package for you.

I’m sorry for that Sven. It was delivered Nov 2, 2023 4days already after the delivery but I still don’t have the package. I have proof that there is no such name Kai live here.I asked my neighbors bit they don’t receive the package. That’s why I made a complain.

Thanks for your reply. Have you already lodged a complaint with DHL? Have they been able to help you? 

I have also opened another ticket to check your request. However, it is also important that you contact the shipping company.
