Good day! I hope you can help me with this matter I ordered a Samsung Ultra phone and Apple watch series 9. It was delivered November 2,2023 to a different person. That day I was just in my room when I received the email that the package was delivered I check it but I did not see any package. And why DHL did not ring the bell or call me either. I don’t know who they deliver the package. Now, I really want to cancel my contract regarding this order because I really don’t have the item and I have proof that the person the DHL pertaining to who received the item is unknown. There is no such person live here with that name. Please help me with this matter. Just tell me whom I will send an email or what step do I need to do. By the way I already called DHL also.
