Can’t use pay with mobile


I want to use the pay with mobile option but it says it’s not authorized. How do I authorize it? The app is all on Deutsch and I only speak English. Please help

There is a daily, a weekly and a monthly limit, which is different for each user. If the limit is reached, you cannot make any purchases. The same applies if the purchase is larger than your limit. The limit can be reset if you pay your bills regularly and if you do not make any purchases for a longer period of time.

Do you perhaps have a third-party lock activated? If so, this could be the problem why this does not work for you. You can try turning off the third-party lock and then try again.

I have unfortunately not found the English version of it. If you don't know German, you can translate the page with a translator like Deepl.

It can take up to 14 days for a moderator to stop by due to high demand for help.
