Can't Find My Contract Number from the O2 My Handy mobile contract I made

Hello, I am a customer of o2 My Handy. I recently ordered a Macbook Air 15 M3 8GB 256 GB, SPACE GRAY from O2. I tried to log in as a My Handy customer to see the payment plan details, but I cannot find my contract number. It was not part of the Macbook that was sent to me. How can I get my contract number to see the installment payment for each month? Will O2 send my mobile bill to me through post since I can not login to view it online.Thank you

    Hello @giddy96 ,

    you should be getting a bill send to you separately, this usually comes a bit after the actual hardware has been sent to you. That’s where you can also find the necessary infos you’ll need to register for mein o2.
