Can't dial out or receive calls after number started porting


Since my number began porting from telekom, I can’t mae or receive phone calls. This is supposed to continue until April 23 which is almost 2 weeks of no service.

Seit meine Nummer von der Telekom portiert wurde, kann ich keine Anrufe tätigen oder empfangen. Dies soll bis zum 23. April so bleiben, was fast zwei Wochen ohne Service bedeutet.

Dann wurde die Portierung erst nach Vertragsende gestartet? 

IDK i cant figure out where to contact them and it led me here.

yes the porting started a week after my new contract with o2. and my contract with telekom ended april 8.

I apologize for the late response. I looked it up for you immediately. The contract start date is 14.04.24, as this is when the SIM card was activated. You ordered the number portability afterwards, right? 

Has everything worked out with the number porting in the meantime?
