Anfrage zur Nummernportierung und Berechtigung zum Willkommensbonus

Ich habe derzeit einen Vertrag mit Freenet, der wie folgt aufgeführt ist:

- Tarifname: grünes LTE 6 GB
- Netzwerk: O2
- Vertragsdauer: 24 Monate
- Name des Dienstanbieters: freenet DLS GmbH
- Dienstanbieter-ID: МОВС

Kürzlich habe ich ein Angebot von MediaMarkt genutzt, an dessen Beibehaltung ich großes Interesse habe, sofern ich meine Rufnummer zu O2 portieren kann und Anspruch auf den Willkommensbonus von 100 € habe.

Könnten Sie bitte bestätigen, ob der Willkommensbonus auf meine Situation zutrifft? Ich möchte mit der webID-Verifizierung fortfahren, sobald ich die Bestätigung habe. Andernfalls muss ich möglicherweise darüber nachdenken, den Deal zu stornieren.

I am currently under a contract with Freenet, detailed as follows:

- Tariff Name: green LTE 6 GB
- Network: O2
- Contract Duration: 24 months
- Service Provider Name: freenet DLS GmbH
- Service Provider ID: МОВС

Recently, I took advantage of an offer from MediaMarkt, which I am very interested in maintaining, provided I can port my number to O2 and am eligible for the €100 welcome bonus.

Could you please confirm whether the welcome bonus applies to my situation? I would like to proceed with the webID verification as soon as I have confirmation. Otherwise, I may need to consider canceling the deal.

Welcome to our o2 Community 🙂

I apologise for the late answer.

As of now offers directly from us are without a welcome bonus, as this promotion ended on 29th November 2023 and has as of now not started anew. 

Via Media Markt it is possible to include promotion especially for tariffs from us which ypou can order via Media Markt.
