一直没有收到我的机器 - Ich habe mein Gerät nie erhalten

我想询问一下大家,我的o2盒子为什么一直没有收到,我在7.29日的时候去的线下门店签订的合同,8月22日工作人员就要上门安装,这种情况应该怎么办呢?之前在签订合同的时候工作人员没有写我的具体门牌号,上次打电话补上了。这种情况应该怎么解决呀。非常感谢大家的回答

As I see @schluej gave you already gave you the informations.

If a router has been ordered by us, it will be dispatched shortly before the connection is switched on. It will be delivered by DHL.

Please note that when ordering a router, there are additional one-off costs for shipping (9.99 euros) and provisioning (49.99 euros).

Nevertheless, the router is only a rental router and will be charged each month with a monthly fee to the contract.

If the contract is terminated, it must be returned to us.

Ich möchte alle fragen, warum ich meine o2-Box nicht erhalten habe. Ich habe den Vertrag am 29. Juli in dem Offline-Shop unterschrieben, in dem ich war, und die Mitarbeiter werden am 22. August kommen, um sie zu installieren. Was soll ich in dieser Situation tun? Das Personal hat meine genaue Hausnummer bei der Vertragsunterzeichnung nicht notiert, aber ich habe sie mir beim letzten Anruf ausgedacht. Wie soll diese Situation gelöst werden? Okay, thank you very much for your answer. My family received an email about DSL. When we were handling the product, the service staff said that they would receive the network box in about two or three days. The product shown on our order is Homebox3. Will the technician bring it when they come to install it? Or do I need to wait for the express?

I see. My family may receive an email delivery notice from DHL next week, right? We have just arrived in Germany. Maybe we don't understand what the service staff means. Maybe it will be delivered two or three days before installation. Anyway, thank you very much!
