Why am I charged 32.46 € instead of the agreed 25.00 € and why is support unreachable?

Hello,

 

I am trying to understand why my latest bill is 32.46 € when my contract price is 25.00 € per month.

 

I have tried to contact customer service three times by phone, but no one answered. The callback service is also unavailable, and there is no way to reach a human agent through the app.

 

Because of this, I currently have no explanation for the higher charge and no way to clarify it through official support channels.

 

I would like a clear explanation of:

– why the amount exceeds 25.00 €

– what exactly caused the additional charge

– and how this can be avoided in the future

 

At the moment, the lack of customer service availability makes it very difficult to resolve billing issues properly.

 

I would appreciate clarification from an O2 representative.

Schau dir die Rechnung an, auf Seite 2 steht was genau alles berechnet wurde.

It seems there are calls made from abroad outside EU which were charged by World Zone 4
