Homespot no Wlan

Hi . I was abroad for couple weeks, arrived Home today and Wanted to turn on my hotspot, but I can not connect to the Wi-fi so I cant open 192.168.1.1 and I can not turn on my internet connection.

I have tryed everything :( 

can someone help me?

 Have you got the access back to the router ? Did you restart the device one more time?

Hi. I have tryed everithing :( i got an internet connection but only the videos were going. i couldnt open any other website, or app. I have tryed restart, reboot, and every single place in my House . Nothing helped. Not even the Customer Service 😡

I was messaging for weeks with the customer service, with no result. I tryed to call the hotline with no answer just the robot.

i have inserted the SIM card to my phone, and i shared the connection as a Hotspot , and its working ! I tought ist something with the HomeSpot.
 

so I again tryed to reach out the customer service in Facebook and Whatsapp, and they just told me they couldnt help so i should call the hotline. So I did it.

My german is not good, I know, I am learning it, but I tryed to tell them whats my problem is. And I realized but when the lady asked something , and I asked her to repeat, because I didnt understood it, She became so rude , and started to talk to me loudly, and she said She is nothing to do with it, because its nothing wrong with the router. I said ok, then what should I do because I have no internet connection for months and She just hang up the phone 😡

 

The worst customer service I have ever experienced!

 

So now I am paying the internet for 2 months now, but i have no internet, and the customer service did not help.

Dear @Xeniakov ,

 

again the explicid question did you try to use  an ethernet cable from your Laptop or PC to your homespot to connect 192.168.1.1 or o2.spot by browser?

Did you install our fix? After the last update there were problems with the storage, but there is now a small fix to solve the problem with the storage.
Follow the instructions here Was kann ich tun, wenn sich die SSID oder der WPA Schlüssel (WLAN Passwort) nicht ändern lassen?.
