Renewal of DSL contract

Dear Sir or Madam,

I started my O2 my Home M contract two years ago. It has now been automatically extended at the full price. I would like to inquire whether it is possible to renew the contract under a discounted rate or switch to a new offer.

Could you please let me know the available options and the steps to proceed?

Hello ​@GuaZei ,

yes, we can send you an offer for an extension of your contract, though the current Home M with up to 100 Mbit/s has a base fee of 39,99 €, so it depends on the available discounts.

Is your e-mail which you have entered in your Mein o2 customer account for us still your current e-mail address?

I was happy to look for a contract extension offer and sent you one for our DSL tariff o2 Home M 100 (2024). The rental router AVM FRITZ!BOX 7590AX is still included. This means you'll pay less per month than you currently do.

Take a look at it at your leisure, the offer is now valid for 8 days and can be confirmed and booked by you directly from the e-mail ✉

In accordance with the Transparency Ordinance, I would like to draw your attention to our "Product Information Sheet o2 Home M 100". There you will find all product details listed once again (without discounts).

However, the offer you provided is €39.99 per month for 24 months. I noticed on your website (https://www.o2online.de/internet-festnetz/) that there is an offer of €29.99 for the first 10 months and €39.99 for the remaining 14 months.

Would it be possible for me to receive this offer instead?

@GuaZei Sorry, unfortunately not. The offer in question is for new customers who have not had a landline with us in the last 12 months. In your case, the router is free of charge in the offer due to the discount that is available 😊
