Warum kann ich nicht auf meine Daten zugreifen, ich habe keine Handynummer von o2, nur DSL-Verbindung, selbst in der App, die versucht, sich mit Emial und Passwort anzumelden, funktioniert es nicht, nichts wird wie meine Rechnungs- oder Vertragsdetails auch im Web angezeigt

what is mean by it instead of giving me a solution you are just hiding your failure by saying such an excuse posting many times . I did call more then 15 time , every one is giving different answer and then once there mistake just sorry as like your website , What i can do , I will write more and more like this

I did call on English customer service its same as mentioned by no Solution just excuse either technical team looking or system not working or some time only we have German speaking team even its clearly mention it English support . Tell me solution just excuse are you just seating for it or for proper solution to customer .
