Ordered O2 my Home via check 24 But

Hello!
I have ordered O2 my Home M (LTE/5G) connection from check24. Yesterday I got an order number from O2. Now Today I received a completely different contract from O2 which is "o2 Mobile Unlimited Basic Online". My question here is
1. Are you deceiving people by sending them wrong contracts?
2. If you show something else on check 24 and send totally different product via email and post is that common with O2?
3. What should I do now? Are you going to fix it? or should I contact check 24 ?or should I contact a lawyer?

You should obviously contact Check 24. Unless you have too much money in which case you could contact a lawyer who can contact Check 24 on your behalf.

Also, don't post personal details in a public forum!

You signed the contract with check24. Because that you have to contact check24

I'm sorry that there were obviously misunderstandings when you placed your order via check24. Is it possibly another order that may have gotten mixed up?

Unfortunately, i had to cancel the order as no one had an idea what is happening. neither people at O2 understood and neither people at check24. So i cancelled every thing.
Now a new matter has aroused. O2 still has my data somehow in their system and if i try to buy some contract from a local O2 shop in the city my contracts are refused.
Can you please help me here.It is that hard to buy a service from O2 in germany ? Why is it happening and whas the solution to it? Please guide

Hello @zakidani,

in this case it helps sometimes to wait until the cancellation of the other contract is finally closed. The employees in the shop should also know that.

If necessary, they can also contact the responsible department to have the order activated.

Unfortunately, we cannot do anything about contracts that are made through a dealer.
