O2 contract

Hi,

A few days ago I signed the contract for O2 my Home L. The man who was working in the shop doesn't speek English very well so we got a misunderstanding. We got the internet line that is connected true telephone line, and the tehnicians will come on 14th. My question is if its possible to change to the reciever that is not conected to the telephone line (in the same tarife) -5G. That would be more convenient for us because we would have something that we can easily move and get it faster, not having to wait for 2 weeks.

After the contract is signed in a o2 shop there is no possibility to change the technology, because there is no right of withdrawal within two weeks notice. If you decided to get a DSL contract with a monthly cancellation period you would have to cancel it properly and sign a new one with a homespot router. 

If you agreed to a 24 month contract there is no chance to get out of this contract until the contract can be extended (12 month notice at the earliest)

@Snjezana.Sirol Can you have at your adress 4G from o2?5G is only available at some places here Germany from o2.

Trebali bismo, barem nam je tako rečeno kad smo prvi put bili u trgovini i provjeravali adresu.

Ne mora biti 5G, važno je da prijamnik nije povezan s telefonskom linijom.

@Snjezana.Sirol if you need a stable internet connection with stable speed I prefer internet over DSL or Cable. Did you have an o2 SIM card so you can check the Speed over 4G?

Nismo imali 02 sim karticu, tek smo se preselili prije nekoliko tjedana i želimo namjestiti internet za stan.

U trgovini su provjerili brzinu zgrade, iznosi 250mbt.

Paket potpisujemo sa 100mbt, i to je u redu, malo bismo radije da imamo usmjerivač koji nije spojen na fiksnu telefonsku liniju, radije bismo imali usmjerivač koji samo treba biti priključen u električnu utičnicu.
