No internet

I called many many times and you even hanged up on me.

Internet doesn't work, I don't care if your german "technicians” say that works because it doesn't!!!!!

DNS resolves the hosts, but when I ping it always go in timeout.

Fix this internet connection ASAP, this behavior is unacceptable.

They hung up on you? If you spoke to them the same way you have written here that honestly doesn’t really surprise me!(!!!!) I assume you have checked that the problem is not with your own equipment and you didn’t test with WiFi?

You could try the O2 DSL Hilfe App the app helps you to find the error.

If you call the hotline you should speak german! Maybe you have a neighbor or friend who can support you, if you do not speak German well.

I have been very polite, the first three days. Now I'm tired.

I tested with three iphones, 1 ipad, 1 macbook pro, 1 imac and 1 samsung tv.

I believe we can agree the problem is not with my  equipment.

Are the DSL and the Internet LED are on, off or blinking?

Are the DSL and the Internet LED are on, off or blinking?

The lights are all green, as usual.

Everything was working fine in the evening, the next morning it stopped working.

I tried to change the network name, password, connect via the cable, reset the router, change dns in my laptop, everything.

It still doesn't work.

When  I ping the host is resolved but I get a request timeout al the time, if I ping the IP, request timeout as well.

Sorry Run the app when the fault is present.

Than you have to call the Hotline if the App will

not solve your problem.

They just say everything’s fine.

It's a bit ridiculous...
