O2 DSL umzug, invoice

Hallo,

I had recently shifted my apartment with my DSL connection. During the move option I had chosen for extending the contract and it had suggested that the move will be free.
But now in the Invoice of the next month I notice that the move has been charged in the invoice.
Can you extend my contract and remove these costs with possible cost reductions?

Also I would like to switch my contract for DSL and also for mobile phone connection with Mittarbeiter angebote. Please let me know if this is possible and how I can do it. 

If it is not possible then I would like to cancel my existing contract and create a new one.

Hello @Ram99,

 

I have extended your contract (from May 5th on) and ordered a credit note for the 49,99 EUR. They will be set off against your next invoice.

 

Mitarbeiter-Angebote can only be ordered by Telefonica employees. If you are working for Telefonica, please contact your team manager. He will give you the necessary information.
