cancel DSL contract within 3months of starting the contract.

I went to an O2 store and signed up for the wifi connection before 14days I went back to store to cancel the contract they said no problem it's cancelled but i did not get back my signed papers. Later I received the router, when i went back to the store but then they said I cannot cancel my contract anymore and they were rude. Now I am moving from my current place to a new place and I do not need the connection any more. The contract I signed was for 2years. Please let me know if I can do something regarding this contract.

Hi @Sivaraj,

welcome to the o2 community!

If you signed your contract at a store you’ll need to contact the store in order to change or cancel it because those contracts cannot altered by us at the online customer services.

I’m afraid there is no 14 day trial for you to cancel the contract either if you signed it in a store.

You can, however, move your dsl contract to your new location and use it there.

Alternatively, you can ask someone who lives at your current address to become the new owner of your contract.
