Suche aktuelle Nummer der Kündigungs-Hotline

Hallo, vielleicht kann mir hier jemand weiterhelfen. 

Leider kann ich meine Kündigung nicht vormerken (wie schon öfters beschrieben ist dies angeblich aufgrund technischer Schwierigkeiten seit mehreren Tagen nicht möglich), sodass mir die Telefonnummer zur Kündigung meiner Verträge leider nicht bekannt ist. 

Liegt hier jemandem die aktuelle Nummer der Hotline für Kündigungen vor und könnte mir diese nennen?

Ohne Vormerkung bringt dir eine Telefonnummer nichts. Kündige am besten schriftlich (Einwurfeinschreiben).

Hallo,

was für Schwierigkeiten sollen das sein? Hast du überhaupt deine Rufnummer für „Mein o2“ registriert? Ich kann die Kündigungsvormerkung problemlos durchführen.

Habe ich, danke.

Anbei ein Screenshot, wurde hier auch schon häufiger in der Community behandelt.
Nachdem der Grund gewählt und der Button zum Vormerken der Kündigung geklickt wird, erscheint lediglich die folgende Fehlermeldung:

Versuche es mal bitte über die App. die Fehlermeldung kommt übrigens bei vielen Sachen, kann tatsächlich sein bei zig Millionen Kunden.

Please do not post any personal information here, such as your phone number or customer number. Our forum is public, and anyone can read it. I have therefore redacted both numbers to protect your data.

It's sad that you want to cancel your contract. But it's understandable if you no longer need a contract.

Is the phone number part of a fixed-term contract with us? You can easily submit your cancellation online at any time. Please let us know if you need further assistance.

Yes, i tried to call u all day long, but nobody helped me. I have accidently ordered 2 e sim numbers. And one of them i dont need . How can i cancel this. The aplication o2 is not working for me.

Then you need to send an email to widerruf@cc.o2online.de to cancel the contract you don't need.

@Patrik8312 It's sad that you haven't been able to get anywhere with us on the phone so far. Have you used our English-language hotline?

So, if I understand you correctly, this is about a cancellation. You've already received both eSIMs, right? When and where exactly did you order the two contracts? Within 14 days of ordering by phone or online, you are in the 14-day cancellation period.

By internet i have ordered accidently. At 23.1.2026 but did not activate this number , so i think it should be cancelled , i have spoken with 3 people by phone but they said they can not help me

@Patrik8312 A contract is automatically ̶c̶̶a̶̶n̶̶c̶̶e̶̶l̶̶e̶̶d̶  activated after approximately 21 days if it is not canceled manually. You provided a phone number here, so both of your contracts will already be active. If you placed your order on January 23, 2026, we also sent you written confirmation of your order on that day, informing you of your right of withdrawal. Your 14-day right of withdrawal has now expired. Is that why we were unable to help you with this over the phone?

A contract is automatically canceled after approximately 21 days if it is not canceled manually. 

 

I think you meant to write automatically activated ;-)

That is the problem.why is automaticky activated? I have spoken allready with somebody and she said it will be cancelled.

Thank you ​bs0 🙂 Yes, exactly, I meant automatic activation, of course, not cancellation.

@Patrik8312 Since we can assume that the SIM cards or eSIM will have arrived after 21 days, the contracts will be activated. We also point this out in the documents. You will certainly have received an email reminding you about the activation.

However, whether or not the contracts are activated is irrelevant in terms of your right of withdrawal, which no longer applies in your case.

The 14 days have expired so you can no longer cancel the contract. If you look at the email you received on 23rd January you should see a ‘Widerrufsbelehrung’, which is notification of your statutory right to cancel within 14 days. The activation is irrelevant.
