Service down and no way to reach support

Service has been down since yesterday. All three of us in my home have O2 products unfortunately. There is no com from O2, we are unable to make calls, the chat bot is useless and O2 doesn't provide any other channels. Good thing I kept my home internet with another provider so at least I have wifi.

Then you should be able to use WiFi-Calling to make and receive calls. Check the settings on your phone. Also, you can check for and report faults here: https://www.o2online.de/netz/netzstoerung

Still, I think for planned outages their should be at least communication send outs to affected areas, no?

Not being able to use your mobile contract to its full capacity is not great. I’m happy you found a workaround with the help of bs0 🙂

Have you checked for issues with the network using the link bs0 provided? I’m not sure you’re affected by a planned outage. Usually, service will continue to be provided during planned work on network masts.
