I have sent contract cancellation for MOBILE and DSL no response or no reply

I have sent contract cancellation for O2 MOBILE data plan and O2 DSL on 17th FEBRUARY 2020 and there was tracking on this letter it was received at O2 on 19th February 2020 . thre is no response from O2 or no reply about my contract cancellation .

RTXXXX73DE The shipment was delivered on February 19, 2020.

Should I contact a lawyer in-order to make O2 cancel my contract .

what needs to be done with O2 if they are not responding to the written letter to cancel my contract .

How can be some company be insensitive to customer letter to cancel the contract

Hello @kalvacherla,

as far as I can see you already contacted us with questions regarding your contract termination a few months ago. We needed some further information but unfortunately recieved no answer to our questions.

As long as the cancelation you sent us included the phone numbers that it concerns and was recieved before the end of the cancelation period you contracts should end to the end of the nominal contract time.

Please also understand that you are writing in a public community. You will recieve amswersfrom other customers just like you are. So please stay polite and maybe also have a look at our netiquette?

If an urgent questions need answers as soon as possible I recommend to use on of our contact channels that offer answers in real time like our customer service that you may reach by phone or by chat.

I DO NOT WANT TO CONTINUE MY O2 CONTRACT AFTER 24 MONTHS OF USAGE STARTED IN JULY 2018

Yes but you should answer my question , just not merge multiple question and make me wait for ever . I need immediate response to my question why should a customer wait for you incompetency .

This is not an old outdated request , which you have replied for . I am sending this post whether the cancellation request I sent on February 19th 2020 you received or not and what is status of my cancellation .

in order to have a look into this, please contact our @o2_Support User with a private message including your customer number, the mobile and landline numbers this cancelation concerns and also the four digitr “Persönliche Kundenkennzahl” for verification purposes.

Without these information we are not able to have a look into your personal data.
