I ordered an o2 Home Flex Router for my new apartment and For Online Study on 06.11.2020, the agent promised that I get it within 3-5days. He/she (the agent) even recommended a post-paid product for me, which I subscribed to it.
The next 2-4 days I got the postpaid sim in my postbox and never received the Router. It’s almost 3weeks after I ordered for a router. I still haven’t received the router.
I am very disappointed and tired. Because each time, I call the agent will give fake promises.
