Not gettin Full LTE Coverage

Hi Team,

Even though at o2 site, for my address LTE coverage is good. I am getting only 2 Bars in LTE coverage as below.

Location is : Königstraße 24,89407

 

Homespot router kept at window location but still not much improvement in LTE signal.

Appreciate your suggestions what can be done here.

Have you checked how the availability at your address currently looks like? Is everything fine?
How did you arrange the Homespot? The station it needs to connect to is located south of the address you entered above. Is it standing at a window?
Maybe @Tom_  has some more ideas?

Hi @o2_Andrea @Tom_ 

I checked at O2 site regarding LTE availability & its green no issues.

I kept o2 homespot at window location but unfortunately my room window is facing towards North.

Is there any way I can improve my LTE signal. Appreciate your inputs.
