I have no internet access, nor can I access o2.spot or the IP Address to see the connection issue.
we have called o2 a number of times earlier this year and again the past couple of weeks. We were aided fantastically by a gentleman on the phone who told us to swap the sim into a phone and try something out that way, and once we put it back our internet worked again, but a week later it is back to crashing multiple times a day and now has not worked again for two days. First two lights are blue, third blank, next two blue, last orange/white.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
We are seriously considering canceling our o2 subscription at this point.
