Hello,

I am using o2 since i have come to Germany and I was satisfied before. But now a days,it getting into my nerve as every month there is extra amount of bill than my contract. When I check transaction,there is a transaction for ausland sms which wasn't send by me ( 'Whats app' is enough for me incase of ausland sms). I am paying what I do not use, even I am 100% sure nobody has used my phone, even that no. Is totally unknown for me. Its just not for single month, I am paying extra each month which was distracting me to use O2. And other worst thing, my network goes automatically to roaming even when I am in Germany(so weird). I cannot bear all those problem, I thougth with O2, i can be in touch with everyone but now it is forcing me or likely I am afraid of calling (due to roaming most of the time) and for sms (ausland sms,which i never did). I hope you can guide me .
