PKK number delivery link does not work

Hi,  I am DSL customer. and I dont know my PKK => customer number to register in online system. I requested many times PKK number in you system 1 month ago. still not received any letter. This link does not work https://login.o2online.de/idm/#/kennwort-vergessen/neues-pkk Could you please send me my PKK number via email.

I had a look at this link, it works as intended. If you open this link please make sure you are not ligged into our community or open it in an inkognito window. You will be promted to enter your landline number and a new number should reach you via letter within a few days :-)
