I need someone to delete my community account as its blocking me from using the application

the community account cannot block the usage of the Mein o2 App.

For every account in this community, there is an account in the Mein o2 database. There a few different types of accounts: Those with DSL or SIM-Contracts, MyHandy-Contracts and Prospect-Accounts.

The latter are not able to access Mein o2, because there is no contract base from which Mein o2 can extract data.

So if you do have an contract and want to login to look up the Details, please register that contract here:

Please use a different browser just in case, saved usernames and passwords are often the cause of failed registrations and login errors.

it used to work fine, now its saying (this account is community account)
and when i try to connect it back with my o2 , it says (its already connected with this account)

have you tried the login with a browser instead of with the app?

Do you use your E-mail address or your phone number to login?
