Hello, I just applied my apple id to my new iphone se since moving to Germany, but i can’t set up German payment methods and hence i can’t access apps. Who can i call for technical assistance. O2 says they don’t speak English and my German so far is minimal. Is there apple service here in Germany i can call, and will i be charged for calling help lines. I have a flat rate service. Is that i have to set up a new apple account for germany.
