Dear O2,
I received a mail today saying DHL could not deliver my order. And the order has been sent back to 02. Please confirm why this is the case.
Background: I ordered a Samsung tab S8 5G earlier and when this was delivered, I returned the product unopened and ordered for the Samsung tab S8+ instead.
Do I have to reorder again?
