Wrong purchase of a tarrif


Hi, I hope English is ok here.

I purchased a wrong tarrif which haven’t used at all for my prepaid sim.

Can I cancel it and get the credit back?

Could you please explain which package was wrongly ordered? We will take care of the deactivation and credit the charging.

As promised, I have now deactivated your tariff “o2 my Prepaid S” and returned the charge to your card again. 

 

You have now only the plan “o2 my Prepaid Data Pack M”. 

 

I hope everything is fine now.
